The exhibition includes a large area dedicated to the world of bicycles and cycling with “Casa Eroica,” offering a comprehensive look at a sporting and cultural phenomenon that has gained worldwide fame and value over the years. It does not forget its roots in Gaiole and the way a small community has been represented globally, also through two wheels and the maroon brand of L’Eroica. Through exhibition spaces, multimedia, and interactive areas, visitors can discover the origins, evolution, and formal establishment of L’Eroica as a true network of events. The participants of L’Eroica are the protagonists of the Virtual Reality experience for visitors, allowing everyone to experience “the beauty of fatigue, the thrill of the challenge.”
In a place that aims to relive its origins, a faithful reconstruction of the most intimate environment of Luciano Berruti, one of the symbols of L’Eroica, could not be missing: his bicycle workshop.
